Shipping Instructions
Please give us your complete street address. We normally use regular postal service which ships to P.O. boxes. If you need a more expedient service, i.e. UPS or FedEx, please be aware that a street address is needed.

Payment
We consider an order firm on receipt of full payment. You are welcome to send a personal check. Make checks out to: San Jose Taiko. $20 service charge on all returned checks. Credit Cards-You can place an order on the telephone or by fax using your Visa or Mastercard. We charge your credit card at the time you place your order.

Minimum Order - None

Orders Shipped Complete
If an order has multiple items and some items are out of stock we would like to contact you to arrange substitutes or waiting until all your items are available to ship your order complete.

Shipping Partial Orders
If you want partial shipments we have to charge additional shipping for the backordered items.

Shipping
We charge $1.50 minimum for shipping and handling, plus $.23 for each additional ounce. For large items and orders outside of the continental US call for charges. The customer pays ALL shipping, packing and handling charges (we will bill for excess charges). UPS shipping is available if requested. If you receive damaged goods contact the shipping company at once. We DO NOT take back damaged goods (contact shipping company).

Delivery Times
This will vary. Due to the unusual nature of most of the items we carry, we cannot keep everything in stock at all times. Thus we can never guarantee the exact delivery time of anything not in stock. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We do not accept orders with deadlines. We are not a seasonal business. An item not in stock can take 6-12 weeks.

Returns
To return an item you must call, write or email for a Return Authorization. Any item returned to us without our authorization will be returned to the sender COD for shipping charges. Any item returned should be properly packed, insured and shipped prepaid. We accept no COD shipments. We will replace or refund for defective items. All retuned items must be in new condition.

Refunds
We are happy to grant refunds within our 30 day trial period. Orders that are not paid for within one month of notification of completion will be considered cancelled. Our policy insures all orders are serious orders. We will replace defective books, CDs, tapes or videos. Shipping, packing and handling charges are not refundable.

Foreign Customers
All shipping charges to be determined individually. Payment for foreign customers will be accepted in U.S. dollars only via an International Money Order or Visa/Mastercard.
